Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@sofy.ai Your account will remain active until the end of your subscription period (the end of the month for monthly subscriptions or the end of the year for annual subscriptions).
In addition to base plan charges, any overage device time will also be invoiced on the first of the month.
No. Tests are always executed in parallel so we don’t charge you more for that.
Yes. We use a PCI-certified vendor for payment processing and we don’t store any of that information on our systems.
Yes, you can see usage data in the app by clicking on Account -> Settings in the left nav and then Billing and Usage.
Yes! You can begin your free trial today. Once you successfully Sign Up for your trial account and log in, Go through the on-boarding journey and select a device and begin testing !
The trial period gives you 60 device minutes to use for 15 days. Please see more details on our pricing page.
To add your team members go to Account Settings -> Users – > Add User and invite them using their email address.
During the trial period you are limited to one active session.
Sofy starts calculating device minutes when you acquire a device for a test session.
We do make exceptions for our clients on case to case basis. Please contact us and we would be more than happy to extend your trial time.
