Yes, you can add more minutes to the account. Once the allocated limit is reached, you will be notified when you log back into the portal. Usage of extra minutes over the allocated limit will be charged as per the contract terms. You can view your current minute usage by going to Account –> Account Settings –> Usage and Billing in the Sofy platform. 

Yes. We use a PCI-certified vendor for payment processing, and we don’t store any of that information on our systems. 

In addition to base plan charges, any overage device time will also be invoiced on the first of the month.
